Sara Ryan, Ph.D.
On May 9, 2020, Sara Ryan spoke about her poetry and how she uses unique methods to spur her creativity. She walked us through a creativity-boosting exercise by teaching us how to write a Hermit Crab Essay, where you carry the theme of your essay but disguise it as something else, much like the shell of a hermit crab that disguises the crab.
